Nice friendly young lady Our installer was here on time the next day He was polite and professional. Cleaned out the gutters could not believe how our big spruce and clogged it up. The young gentleman that I had come out on a service call yesterday (October 16 th) was amazing. So professional, asked about what my concern was and asked how the installer placed his ladder. My concern was with eavestrough above my master bedroom balcony. I have glass on balcony rails. Mentioned installer used a ladder from my balcony.
