I think that they are very nice and polite. I appreciate them coming out.
There were many things to appreciate about the installation. The crew was on the job almost immediately after our signing. They did a good job of cleaning up except for some screws we found in the driveway. Our biggest concern was that we do not have a signed contract for the job. It was done and paid for on February 3, 2021. Secondly, the salesman Pat Green promised some things in a 3 hour visit that were not delivered: a $100 gift certificate to a restaurant and a Lowe's gift certificate and a written contract.
