It looks beautiful and it works great! Excellent customer service, fantastic on site clean up, and it really gave the whole house a much cleaner look with the old stuff covered up. They took down the old gutters and left everything spotless.
Have not had the gutters long enough to give a recommendation. The first rain we had after installing the gutters was a deluge. The gutters couldn't handle that much water. We hope for a better outcome in the future.
On time, efficient polite quality work
It's hard to say that I'd recommend something that hasn't really been utilized yet. Yes it is installed. Yes it looks good. It took a few days before there was any rain, and I've noticed a couple sections that the water doesn't seem to go into the gutter. I haven't reached out about that yet because I don't want to cause unneccissary trips. I was going to get my underground drains in before having anyone come out to address any issues.
They were quick.
The professionalism of the sales person and installers. Chance was knowledgeable, friendly and took his time explaining how Leaf Guard works. Installers were on time, polite and answered all questions.
It hasn't rained yet, so I don't know how well the new gutters work
Cleanup was not very good, needs improvement.
I am really disappointed to see that the downspouts do not have hinges on them to fold up the bottom ones when my lawnmower service comes
