Unprofessional conduct that resulted in a medical MISDIAGNOSIS. Friday, January 23, 2025, Dr. Caldwell entered the examination room, at a facility in Fayetteville, GA, displaying an uninviting demeanor as she stood in close proximity to the medical supply cabinet (on my left). She's great when you FINALLY get a chance to see her. I love that's she's an Asian American doctor and that she actually listens to you and comes up with a plan to fit your needs. Just scheduling appointments is a PAIN! Even after you're an established patient. You have to wait like 2 months just to get an appointment. Which sucks if you're dealing with an frustrating skin issue which isn't quiet an emergency but it's still uncomfortable. 🙄 In the meantime I guess I'm still on the hunt to find another minority provider with... read more
Dr.Cardwell has been such a godsend. Great bedside manner and I really appreciate the fact that she LISTENS! I have been suffering from Seb Derm for years and nothing was working until I visited Dr.Cardwell and started the regimen she carefully constructed. Now I can move through life with more confidence and lean in on knowing I have an incredible doctor and resource for my skin issues! I Love Dr.Cardwell and highly recommend her to anyone in need of an awesome Dermatologist.
