We recently had Leak Seekers Plumbing install a new water heater, and the experience was excellent. Our technician, Dustin Hogue, arrived on time, was very organized, and treated our home with respect. He was courteous throughout the process and completed the job efficiently. We’re very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend Leak Seekers Plumbing—and Dustin Hogue—to others.
Garbage disposal failed and our warranty company used Leek Seekers for repair and replacement. Kaylee responded shortly after the service order went through. She set up the appointment within 25 hrs and was very responsive. Dustin was the technician and he called me to give me an exact arrival time. He was very professional and courteous. Can’t say enough about his work attitude and he answered all questions about the repair and install. Great company and would definitely recommend.
Leak Seekers came to me via my home warranty policy. I put a service request in at approximately 0530 and by 0830 I received a call from them to schedule an appointment time. They came out that very day and in less than an hour the leak beneath my kitchen sink and leaking shower valves were repaired. The tech was great! Highly recommend. Setting up the appointment was a breeze. Dustin was prompt, helpful, and professional. He listened to our explanation of the issue and went straight to work. Recommended a fix we had not contemplated and the work was done straight away. Will call them again when I need a plumber again.
This is the BEST service company I have ever used. I called them and within 90 minutes they were at my house. I needed something else done, and they called to let me know they would be there within 30 mins. They are professional, quick, and the technicians took the time to make sure we understood what they were doing, why, and how long it would take.
