Truly an amazing agency with excellent teachers! They did so much for my daughter during her time of need. Don't believe the fake spam reviews, they are not from real clients.
Schools pay them for services but teachers do not have certified special education degrees. They are required to sign a disclosure of silence. School districts are getting scammed! Our parents sent numerous complaints about this concern. I will make sure to let as many fellow superintendents know this situation so we can end this company! New York school principals will be notified to stop signing off learnwell documents!
The statements below are the reasons why if you are considering hiring Learn Well, think again. Their company is an entire scam. They are advertising that they provide direct instruction to students involved; however, the employees at minimum “supervise” the students while engaging in other activities (such as their phones, fidgeting). Schools pay this company $$ to meet kids in the hospital and play with them for a couple hours. My son Vinny said his teacher chases him around the room and they play games and watch music. Why are schools paying you learnwell??
My son could not attend school because of COVID (he has an immune deficiency) and the school system decided to use Learn Well to keep him learning remotely. I was hesitant at first but after the first session with the tutor (Miss Kathleen), my son and I both felt a lot better about the whole thing. She was very knowledgeable, understanding, and personable. She approached all subjects from a scientific and factual perspective and taught my son a lot of things in a way that he learns best.
