"It's fine" they said... My wife would ask about the filter every time we got our service. I'm no mold professional but, that looks a lot like mold and damage to me. (Actually I have been a mold and indoor air quality professional for the last 12 years). Check behind your HVAC service, always. Most companies MO seems to be: If it runs, it's good. Lee Air Conditioning just replaced my 15 year old R22 based HVAC system (A/C with hot water heat) with a new ADP air handler and a Carrier outdoor unit. The quality of the work was exceptional, much better than the system they replaced. The three techs were meticulous; making everything look so neat and professional. Thank you for the great job!
I am a longtime customer with Lee Air and have had a terrific experience over those 10+ years. The techs are always extremely professional and seem to genuinely care to take the time to get things right. We have had Lee Air for many years. They come twice a year to service our unit. I called 2 days ago, got a message saying they were closed (mud afternoon) and went to an answering service. She assured me someone would call back. Here we are, 48hours later, got the same office closed message. What is going on?
Jeremy was our technician today and I can’t even describe how wonderful and thorough he was. He not only fixed the issue but took his time to look at the entire unit and clean areas that desperately needed attention. Would highly recommend Jeremy to anyone. He will definitely be our guy for future HVAC needs.
