Absolutely fabulous job. I called Lee Air for a quote on installing AC in a new unit we leased. Joe Lee was out the same day and immediately had a system in mind that would fit our limited budget. The lead install tech Jeremy was extremely knowledgeable and clearly takes pride in his work. He and his crew did an excellent job with installation, even though some of the materials to complete the job were limited due to our tight budget. I can't recommend Lee Air enough. We have had them out a few times over the years, and most recently Matt came to take a look at our unit. He was professional, thorough and honest. They also do not try to upsell like other companies, they just want to take care of you as a customer, and provide great service. If you are in Durham, this is a company you want to support.
"It's fine" they said... My wife would ask about the filter every time we got our service. I'm no mold professional but, that looks a lot like mold and damage to me. (Actually I have been a mold and indoor air quality professional for the last 12 years). Check behind your HVAC service, always. Most companies MO seems to be: If it runs, it's good. I am a longtime customer with Lee Air and have had a terrific experience over those 10+ years. The techs are always extremely professional and seem to genuinely care to take the time to get things right. Our tech over recent years has been Jeremy and in addition to his being an extremely nice guy, I also really feel like I can trust his assessment of our system and I appreciate how he takes the time to explain to me things that are outside of my area of expertise.
