Chris was polite and smelled really nice! I signed the paperwork and he got right to work. He answered all my questions and I didn't have any problems. I also want to acknowledge the very nice young man that noticed the two cracks at Ernie Palmer Toyota ( I didn't hear his name because of the mask) I had been procrastinating getting it done, and he really helped move things along smoothly and I appreciated that.
