Salesperson was very knowledgeable and pleasant. He left after getting 50% deposit. Workers came a week later and left without asking me to inspect work. The rest of the estimate was charged immediately to the card from which the deposit was made. Work was only partially good. All pool patio furniture was not put back in place and being in my mid eighties was unable to move it myself. I called company and asked for help, but no help was offered. I will never do business with this company again.
Tech showed up on time, sent a text when he was on the way. Very nice, polite, and informative. Did an excellent job. Cared about the foliage and took steps to protect them Also, did a great job on the drive and walkways. Would absolutely use them again and recommend them.
Lee and Cates do an outstanding job for me. Customer service and scheduling is excellent. They are very reliable and go the extra distance. While they were not the cheapest when we got bids to reseal our paver driveway, the quality of the work was exceptional and they've gone out of their way to make everything right. They did a small repair to my driveway at no additional cost even though the problem was not caused by the resealing. I'd give them more stars if I could.
Loved the constant communication on when they were coming. Technician showed up when he said he would. He did a very thorough job and even addressed things that we had concerns about. Our patio had lots of animals on it so we had hay, wood Shavings, mud, mold, all sorts of plant debris it look more like the outside than an inside screened in Porch. Now it looks brand new again, Like nothing ever happened to it since the day it was built! They really did a thorough good job
Matthew did amazing work refinishing our 11 year old shower glass. It looks brand new!!
