John who came and did my estimate was the type of person that you just hit it off with, down to earth person that just wants to earn your business. Professional!! Just can't say enough about the service we received from John and Matt. John came out and gave me the quote, and assured me it would not be one penny more. And true to his word it wasn't. Day of service. Matt arrived on time and worked meticulously to make sure the job was done correctly. Communication was on point. Let me know when I could let out my dogs throughout the day. Job was done in 1 day, and it looks absolutely beautiful!! I highly recommend Lee & Cates Surface CPR.
George did a great job! He was prompt with all of his appointments and phone calls, and the work was finished on time. I feel confident he fixed the water intrusion problem and I’m very happy with how it looks. I would highly recommend him for any kind of residential water intrusion issues. He definitely knows his stuff!
I am very pleased with the way this paver sealing job on my back porch and patio was done by Lee & Cates Surface CPR. The salesman, John Claveau, was very professional and clearly explained the sealing process that they use. I took his recommendation on the grade of the sealer used and I am glad that I did. Salesperson was very knowledgeable and pleasant. He left after getting 50% deposit. Workers came a week later and left without asking me to inspect work. The rest of the estimate was charged immediately to the card from which the deposit was made. Work was only partially good. All pool patio furniture was not put back in place and being in my mid eighties was unable to move it myself. I called company and asked for help, but no help was offered. I will never do business with this company again.
