She gave an efficient reading of X-rays, we discussed treatment plan etc
I had a molar that was fractured and very painful. The Dr was so good. She is ultra kind and considerate. I highly recommend her. I wasn't sure what to expect when I made the appointment. But I was very pleasantly surprised, the waiting room is spacious and beautiful. Everyone was knowledgeable, friendly and easy to deal with.

Dr Lenzi and her staff are very friendly and professional and make the patient feel very relaxed and at ease.
Dr. Lenzi very attentive and caring. I had to make a follow up appt. for a small issue and Dr. Lenzi was very nice and concerned. The entire staff are all very nice.
Dr. Polanco is a very polite gentleman. He treats issues conservatively and does not try to sell his patients unnecessary or unneeded treatments. Having major dental problems and having been to over a dozen dentists in the last several years, Dr Polanco ranks with the very best. I would not hesitate to recommend him to family and friends. His hygenist, Gabby, is skilled and very personable.
Very professional, all was well done
I had no problem being scheduled. Have been there three times in the last two years. My wait times were not long. Assistants worked well with Dr Lenzi doing a couple tooth extractions. A very efficient, friendly, and accommodating support staff. You know before any work is done what it will cost. No sales pressure. The facility is clean. All this being said I find the prices are higher (I have no dental insurance and there is no discount for cash) than what I pay back home in rural Pennsylvania, but then what isn’t expensive... read more
