Lees summit animal hospital north is always available to answer questions when I call, or to see us when we need an actual visit. They show value for our time by not having us wait, and for having medicine there if needed. I appreciate them taking care of Buddy.
I would go nowhere else with my dogs! They treat them like family members. Dr. Voris and Dr. Buchman are fantastic!!!!
Dr. Buchman is the kindest, most knowledgeable veterinarian I’ve ever met and my cats get great care from him and the great staff there. Highly recommend! We have been taking our cats there for over 20 years.
I have always loved taking my animals to the vet here. I had my first bad experience today. I called because my cat has majorly declined over the weekend and I wanted him to be seen today. Jessica was very abrupt and stated there were no appointments today. I told her I felt this was an emergency and I feared my cat might be dying. She replied with sorry we are already overbooked, we have four euthanasias this morning. Then she said she could talk to the vet. I said yes I think that would be warranted in this situation. The service at least summit animal Hospital North is exceptional. I have been going to them for four years now and they treat you like family. Over a year ago my dog needed care and soon after that Covid hit And I was out of work they did not harass me or pressure me for the money and it felt amazing to go in today and pay the full balance now that I’m back to work and things are better. They will always have my business because they go above and beyond.
Friendly staff, always get an appointment quickly. Great at answering questions.
