This was an amazing experience from beginning to end. I chose the hydrotherapy treatment followed by a massage. Both were incredible. I love the private rooms with access to cold plunge and the sauna. It was so relaxing and my massage therapist was excellent. I highly recommend this to anyone.
I had a great experience at Leela Thermal House. The sauna is a bit on the smaller side and the tub has a noticeably strong chlorine smell, but overall it was still really relaxing. We’re from Vancouver so we’re definitely spoiled with places like Circle Wellness, but for the price here it’s absolutely worth it. I would come back again and try a massage next time too.
Extremely disappointing, unhygienic, and poorly managed. Do not recommend. We booked a couples thermal + massage experience and it was a complete waste of time. Upon arrival, we waited to check in due to understaffing, then were publicly told a massage therapist had not shown up. We were initially told my massage was affected, then reassured it was “resolved.” It was not. The “private thermal spa” is nothing like advertised—it’s a long, narrow hallway. A friend of mine from out of town and I checked out the hydration therapy at Leela Thermal House today, and wow what a fantastic experience. Serenity, and Chantelle were wonderful hosts and explained everything thoroughly. Having the private room is a real treat, well worth the investment in treating yourself. They provided sandals, towels robe, your choice of scented mists, and even some exfoliate scrub.
