Really slow on fixing carbon monoxide detector. Still haven't, even after a city inspector. Would not recommend this apartment. Mold and leaks. They hired a mgmt some years ago named Aaron (2016)who committed identity fraud to me and another renter. I still can't unfreeze my credit without someone opening credit cards and spending. They also have oil leaking from every area in the garage and elevator. They sealed the doors on the side of the buildings which makes entry and delivery a nightmare. Beware of apartment manager, Aaron in apartment #203. He stole my identity when I provided my information to apply for an apartment and he opened up 2 credit cards under my name and now I am disputing a lawsuit from one of the credit card companies. I am filing a police report.
Great neighborhood but the building itself needs a lot of improvement. They will scam you out of money for mistakes made on their end.
Dirty.. sketchy... looks like its possessed by bad spirits
