Legacies has been an experience in our time of need the most professional,compassionate, and helpful in every aspect beyond expectation. The care and concern they gave us was more like dealing with family opposed to just another business. My dad received the best the care and attention from the entire staff. From the receptionist to maintenance we always felt at home and completely at ease. I highly recommend this facility to all in need of a memory care for their loved one

My Sister was admitted in early December 2023. I was not allowed to visit her right away. The staff felt she needed to get into a daily routine. I was told it OK to put a camera in her room though. I called daily, sometimes twice to check on her and find out just how she was doing. The staff never short with me or made me feel not welcome. I was allowed to speak to her after 2 weeks and she seemed fine but I really wanted to see her in person. I finally was allowed in 6 days later. My husband has been a resident at VP for almost a year. He has done so well there, as a direct result of the loving care he has received from [name removed], the director, and all of the wonderful caregivers. [Name removed] personally trained every employee and is hands on every day. Makes all the residents feel loved and cared for. She is an amazing person and, in my opinion, is the best!
