I first saw Dr. Bradley a few years ago for myself and had a great experience, and now I brought my son to see him. Once again, Dr. Bradley and his entire team were wonderful—kind, professional, and very welcoming. Since we were paying out of pocket, I asked for an estimate before the appointment, and everything was explained clearly. I’m still thinking about the experience my mother and I had with Dr. Bradley and his staff in 2024, which is why I finally feel compelled to leave this review in 2026. I originally visited Dr. Bradley for eczema on my hand that had resulted in painful blisters. I was genuinely excited to find a doctor who specialized in Black skin concerns and was also an HBCU alumnus. Really fast and efficient! I came in and filled out the new patient thing. Got seen soon after that for what I thought was just going to be a consultation but I was able to get my mole removed right then and there which was really nice. I'll be sure sending my ginger baby mama here to get checked.
Dr. Bradley and his team exceeded all of my expectations on my new patient visit. They are highly skilled and make an incredible team. I hope to be their patient for many years to come. Thank you so much. You guys delivered patient care that I have sought after for years but was unable to find until now. I will be sending the rest of my family here.
I was very pleased with the dr and her assistant. I was pleased until I was told I would be given paperwork that would detail explain everything that they discussed with me in the room since I had to remember three different people’s diagnosis. When I request them at the receptionist desk, they said they would give it to me after being there for almost 5 minutes we had to leave because there was a huge storm coming.
