Our Legacy in the flooring industry began in 1948 when my grandfather, Ersel Hall, started into the business in Southern Utah. 30 years later, my father, Boyd Hall, continued the tradition when he opened a retail store in Cedar City. This business serviced Cedar City and surround areas for nearly 25 years and was known for quality work and great customer service. We had new flooring installed in our great room and hallway. From the start the transition strip from the flooring to the carpet was poor quality and the installation was unacceptable. We emailed photos and got no response so we had to fix it ourselves. Now it is 2 years later and the flooring is separating. This is a 2nd home with very little traffic area. We got awesome floors put into our house during the first stages of our remodel and they look so great. We are super happy with everyone that we worked with at Legacy. We will definitely be coming back to get our other floors done after our remodel continues!
