Our agent, Zack Lightsey, is awesome! He is always ready to help when we need him. Legacy is a great company and has provided great service so far. They provide personal and commercial insurances with reasonable pricing.
Customer service has been awful. We have been trying to get two of our policies canceled because we no longer need them. We called multiple times from Dec27 to today (Jan-31) and left several messages. I even called the insurance company directly and had them turn off automatic billing, so I would stop getting charged. This is p!ss poor customer service at best! This review would have never happened if they would have atleast returned a phone call.
After getting a new car, I knew that I needed new insurance. Zack Lightsey at Legacy helped me find a better option. He was efficient and helped answer any questions I had about the quotes. I recommend Legacy Insurance to anyone.
