Verified Renter Maintenance. Put in work orders for shelves and only one got half fixed. Sigh. Other than that, beautiful community just needs more attention on the outside. Like doors and lights. Overall, so far so good.

Verified Renter It's nice to live here. I am living in an old construction. For few months, I was facing roach infestation. It got fixed after regular pest control. Also, AC is kind of old. it takes lots of time to cool down the apartment.

Verified Renter Maintenance is slow, it can be improved. Gym equipments are quite old and some are even wear out. Lease office staff and manager is quite friendly and helpful.
