Verified Renter Quick maintenance! Love the area and that there is a lot within walking distance to go checkout from restaurants to stores and quick mini mart for all essentials!
Verified Renter Things could be better if maintenance would replace the peeling faux wood veneer of my kitchen cabinets, especially under the sink. I submitted multiple tickets, but to no avail. As rents go up, quality has gone done because of this. Thanks.

Verified Renter The staff here is good but the maintenance upkeep isn’t always the best, there was a leak in my apartment that forced them to cut a hole in my wall and the hole is still here months after
Verified Renter Living here is nice, the location of the complex is amazing, I. can go to several places by foot. The streets, courtyard, and hallway are very clean. Inside the unit has a lot of space, and my unit receives natural light, unfortunately, the appliances are not modern and have some issues. The fitness center is nice, but sometimes appears homeless or not residents alone, and some benches need new leather covers.
Verified Renter The location and gym is great. The price is reasonable for an upgraded apartment in shops of legacy area. Downside is the halls are thin so I can hear my neighbors beside and above me.
Verified Renter Lots of trash in the hallways and hallways smelling like trash and throughout the property there’s lots of dog poop that people don’t pick up.. These are our only issue so far. Leasing office staff is extremely friendly and the community and its property are beautiful.
