Verified Renter My stay has been pretty good. I love the community and that I can walk to things such as Legacy West or the Shops of Legacy to be among people. It’s quiet and my stay has been good One thing I wish the property would redo is the courtyard in phase 3, it can really use an overhaul because it’s looking kind of bad and the landscaping needs some serious care.

The staff in the office are very professional individuals who are willing to locate the right apartment and the right price for you. This beautiful maintain apartment complex is the most beautiful property that I've lived at so far on Dallas. Verified Renter Great locality to stay, but constant issues with fire alarms & parking problems. Parking garage is filthy & never cleaned. Huge issue with guest parking as-well. The major advantage is it’s close to all businesses & convenient.
