Verified Renter Communication was not the best during sign up. It felt like not everyone was trained on the same thing. People were pleasant to work with for the most part but just felt a bit disorganize. I had to come 3 different time just to pick up keys when in reality it should have been on the first time. The amenities are nice, units are in decent condition, hopefully work orders will be addressed quickly and well.

Verified Renter Great community to stay, which is near to most of the essential and shopping needs. Lots of amenities to spend time with your family and friends.
Verified Renter Love the new pool! Also they’ve been making sure the noise level is kept under control and residents leave the pool at 10pm. Before it was an all night event and the noise level was awful.
Verified Renter So far it’s been ok. Having ongoing issues with the toilet and the elevator takes forever to move down to first floor. Parking is extremely limited and usually have to use neighboring garage, typically traveling to at least 3rd or top level

Verified Renter I like the neighborhood. It is clean and friendly! Its also very convenient location to a lot of restaurants. Shops at legacy offers wide range of shopping options as well. The newly renovated pickleball court/pool are awesome!
