I had a unit for over 10 years when it was In n Out Storage. The owners kept it SPOTLESS at all times. It appeared to be cleaned daily. When the new owners took over I immediately noticed a difference. The ladies restroom would go for weeks not being cleaned. The toilet was nasty and trash can over flowing. Floors not swept. There was always a trash can in the hallway for trash which new owners removed. A change in thermostat settings was extremely noticeable. Then they increased rental fees. Sammi has completely transformed the atmosphere there ! Everyone and everything matters to her ! I know not only has she impacted me personally and been so professional and intentional with every need there and so patient , but others as well! Sami is absolutely a delight to work with. I rented a storage unit from her last Friday afternoon and decided to call first thing this morning to see if I could get another unit close to the one I already have. It was early when I called, and no one answered. But then about forty five minutes later Sami called me back and took care of everything I needed, over the phone, until I could get into the office. Sammi Swindoll is by far the best!!! She’s at the Cullman location, I called her to check on a storage unit, they didn’t have the size I needed but she was very sweet and explained everything that I had questions about!! Went over and beyond trying to help me find a unit! She’s a great manager!
Ronnie was awesome! Units are clean and well maintained. The prices are fair and having a gate surrounding the property is a huge bonus.
