Sammi Swindoll is by far the best!!! She’s at the Cullman location, I called her to check on a storage unit, they didn’t have the size I needed but she was very sweet and explained everything that I had questions about!! Went over and beyond trying to help me find a unit! She’s a great manager!
Sammi has completely transformed the atmosphere there ! Everyone and everything matters to her ! I know not only has she impacted me personally and been so professional and intentional with every need there and so patient , but others as well! Many times I’ve been there and heard others at their storage also saying great things about “the lady at the front” and “I’m gonna go stop in and see sammi up front before I leave” ! Sami is absolutely a delight to work with. I rented a storage unit from her last Friday afternoon and decided to call first thing this morning to see if I could get another unit close to the one I already have. It was early when I called, and no one answered. But then about forty five minutes later Sami called me back and took care of everything I needed, over the phone, until I could get into the office. The first couple of calls the first one was OK. The second one never returned my call but the last one who wrote up my contract was absolutely wonderful. She was very professional very smooth easy to talk to. That was your best sales person I think and I’m in sales.
Sammi is a delight. She has great communication and is very personable and knowledgeable. She made everything easy and seemless.
