Sami is absolutely a delight to work with. I rented a storage unit from her last Friday afternoon and decided to call first thing this morning to see if I could get another unit close to the one I already have. It was early when I called, and no one answered. But then about forty five minutes later Sami called me back and took care of everything I needed, over the phone, until I could get into the office. The first couple of calls the first one was OK. The second one never returned my call but the last one who wrote up my contract was absolutely wonderful. She was very professional very smooth easy to talk to. That was your best sales person I think and I’m in sales.
The absolute best self storage for anyone who needs a Godly surrounded and Spirit Filled space to store your things. Very clean and the up keep they put in, is absolutely amazing!! I’ve never been more impressed by a family ran business as I have with this company! They really knocked it out of the park as they sit above the best!!
The lady Sammi who works there was absolutely kind and helpful with all the questions I had on renting a unit from this facility. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone in this area needing to rent a unit to store their belongings!
In-n-out storage is a great place to rent from. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If they don’t answer right away, the response time is quick. I really appreciate the kindness.
