Where do I start, the sales guy was good at the beginning, standard wait times for the windows but it was the install where it all went wrong, the left us hanging on a Friday with plastic over one of the windows, I will say they did come back after a long call with the owner because we gave up trying to talk to the sales person (Scott) it was supposed to be four days which turned in seven (they really didn’t finish for over 1.5 months), they put two windows in backwards, after we told Scott how we wanted these crank windows ... read more
