I have had bilateral knee pain for a few years. I was visiting another state and while at an amusement park, had to leave early because I could barely walk. My visit with Dr Riojas was excellent he explained the medical issues and in details on my upper spine. He's plan for my well-being in getting better is to start with therapy and go from there. The front staff were very professional and very knowledgeable , easy to talk too. Give them a little incentive, they greatly appreciate it. customer service is not an easy task.
Excellent use of technology to create appointments. The imaging office and the doctor's office are connected so information sharing is 100% tight. Nice front desk clerk, she has a great style.
I was in excruciating pain yesterday and my former surgeon’s staff was so incompetent that I was forced to find another surgeon. Enter Legent. They got me in, listened and provided as much temporary pain relief as possible. I couldn't ask for better service from Dr. Riojas and his staff!!
The absolute worst. This organization seeks money. Patient Care is not on the list. I saw the doctor twice and he lacks intellectual skills to communicate with patients. Instead, this so called "Dr" has a huge network within his business that lacks communication, coordination with patients. In addition, his surrogates are incompetent, inexperienced and unprofessional, and rude. I FAILED TO TAKE THE TIME TO FULLY INVESTIGATE THIS PROVIDER.
