Ashley was so great to deal with, showed us properties in a very timely fashion, responded quickly to text messages and request for information, explained things in simple terms, was simply the best realtor I have worked with and I have purchased over 10 properties in my lifetime. He partner Jim did an awesome job with negotiations and they both communicated with the lender and closing attorney better than I could have hoped. Can’t recommend them enough!
5 Stars isn’t enough! Ashley was amazing. We have bought and sold a number of homes but this was a special purchase with a tight deadline. I can’t count the number of homes she showed us, usually with a few hours notice. Once we found the one she was on top of everything. We had some touch and go moments during contract negotiations and she and Jim fought hard and creatively on our behalf. I highly recommend Ashley. We met a realtor and ended up with a friend.
We loved our home buying experience with Ashley and Jim’s help! As a first time home buyer I was timid of the process but everything went extremely smooth! I really appreciate the advice and guidance we were given from the Leitherers — I would work with them again!!
