I’m very happy with my new home and the service I received from Cirnerstone, specially Ricky Garcia and his team did a great job.
Ricky was very professional and responded quickly with questions and had his team on it as well if he wasn’t available. Would highly recommend to family/friend, was patient and understanding with the whole process
Rickey and his team were great through the whole process. He was always available to answer any questions we had and provided regular updates all the way until closing.
There were certain situations that made the process difficult but it had nothing to do with your company overall. I thank you for being understanding and working with me to finally get the house.

Our interest rate was locked in very late...only about 5 days before our closing date. I feel we should have been contacted much earlier to lock in & we might have gotten a better rate. There was also some confusion on the homeowners insurance that was paid for by the builder for the first year. The mortgage company was in charge of handling that with the insurance agency, but we were instructed by the mortgage company to get with our insurance agent for a quote...then finally our sales rep with the builder told me that the ... read more
