I never thought I would be an able to buy a home but Gustavo, Magaly and team went above and beyond to make buying our first home incredibly smooth and straightforward process. Every question we had was answered even if it was after hours. They were easy to talk to and made sure we understood everything that was presented to us.I literally felt like they held our hand all the way to the end.
Gustavo and his team are very knowledgeable and I came with tough questions. I called Gustavo at all hours of day or night he always found time to talk with me. I had many conversations due to me buying a home for the first time, Gustavo took the time to explain every detail. Even after my loan was done.
Celina was AWESOME! She is very driven and really good at what she does. As someone who's never bought a house before, I relied on the experts to guide me and tell me what to do and she articulated everything and made things much easier. Excellent customer service! I felt like I was talking to close friends ever since my first meeting with Gustavo and Angela at Lend Smart Mortgage. All responses to my questions were helpful and clear. They informed me along the way and when I asked them anything via text msg they answered in less than 5 minutes or gave me a call back asap. I never had any issues in the process (which took about 2 months), I didn't have to call them for anything, they always informed every detail, change, or step progressed. Thank you!
