I have been in communications with these guys for 4 days their sales tactic is to send you a letter in the mail making false promises and not fulfilling any of them, I left work early to try to meet their deadlines, and get to the dealership they sent me to for me only to test drive three vehicles and not get anywhere. I got one of they letter in the mall.. The Hessert Chevrolet Dealership mama get stated they do not use them… Just all a big scam having you thinking that the dealership will get you the loan from them..
I don’t like the sneaky, unmarked mail-out they sent me, saying “DO NOT DISCARD” and “IMPORTANT INFORMATION ENCLOSED,” when it was really just an ad.
Very appropriated, I finally got the car I've always wanted. My payments didnt go any higher and they did not waste my time like most companies do I approve of them
Beware! Misleading! I get an offer from them to refinance my car, I call them up, the rep tells me I have to take the car to the local Nissan dealership to get it looked at for the refinancing, I make it clear I do not want to buy a new car, he assures me it will just be for the refinance, but to make sure to let the dealer know if I do like a car while I'm there. I received a letter in the mail about refinancing my vehicle through Lendward. After reading so many positive reviews, I decided to go ahead with this company. I went online, and they wanted me to make an appointment. I made one, but to my understanding, I had to go into a dealership in town.
