By not sending spam. its a great way to get the kind of customers they want but not a great way to spread positive information about themselves
Customer service was fantastic, they sent me a few letters saying I could get out of a high interest payment on a car that was no longer practical for my growing family. They informed me to go to one specific place, to get a newer car, at a lower interest rate, and cheaper monthly payment. Needless to say I got a brand new car, higher interest rate, and higher payment... soooooooo, mission accomplished? at least we all fit in one vehicle now.
