Sarah is amazing and so sweet anytime I stop by the office. The whole leasing team is welcoming everytime I see them. Also love the maintenance supervisor Carlos he responded to my work order the day of! Love living at Leo!
I have had an amazing experience living at LEO apartments. All the apartments and facilities are brand new and super clean. The staff always responds right away to any questions or issues I have no matter how minor. The complex is clean and safe at all times. I’ve toured MANY different places to live in Cartersville and this is the best value for the price by far!
I had some maintenance issues that needed to be addressed. Carlos was absolutely wonderful! He was very professional, quickly fixed my issues while providing exceptional service. It was a great experience!
I had an incredible experience at LEO Apartments! The apartments are all beautiful, the pool is spacious, and the place is modern and surrounded by trees. I found the location easy and accessible. Community manager Kyle and his team—Madison, Sarah, and Carlos—are very attentive and helpful. I recommend LEO to anyone looking for a place to live!
