We looked for months before finding Leo at the Sanctuary and I'm so grateful we did. It's the perfect location, they layout of our home is great, and the fact that the washer/dryer are included AND there's a garage? Well worth it especially compared to other apartments around here. At least with Leo we still maintain the single-family home without neighbors above or below us and still receive all of the apartment complex amenities. The staff is great, and the maintenance team is always on top of it!
Absolutely love this place! The community is always clean and well taken care of, and the atmosphere feels safe and welcoming. Manager Latoya is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to help residents. Anytime I’ve needed something, she’s been quick to respond and made sure it was taken care of right away. I moved into my 2 bdrm 2 bath in July and have loved everything here. They have competent and friendly office staff and stay on top of all maintenance requests. All of our neighbors are friendly and are community based family's and individuals. We loved trick or treating right in our neighborhood with all the awesome decorations and friendly neighborhood events. Totally recommend this community if you like inclusion and friendly neighbors!
Quiet community. Wonderful amenities. Excellent maintenance crew and office staff. The Leo truly operates like a small community, with weekly food trucks, social clubs, volunteer and donation options, and fun games to keep the residents involved and engaged. Truly a one of a kind place ❤️
I lived here for 4 years and I LOVED every minute of it! I have never had a problem with noise, neighbors or management. This is a quiet community and well maintained. The amenities are amazing and so are the staff members. I've only had to make 2 maintenance calls and both times were completed either the same day or the very next day.
