I recently had the pleasure of visiting this beautiful community, and I was truly impressed. The property is thoughtfully designed, modern, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. What made the experience exceptional, though, was Myrna, the Community Manager. She was incredibly warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the community. I am extremely grateful for Myrna, she has been absolutely incredible to deal with throughout the entire process of my relocation from Massachusetts to Florida! She has made sure to keep me well informed and supported, and she has honestly gone above and beyond!! Because of her, I am finally in my new beautiful home here at the Leo Wildwood, and I am forever grateful for her!
Applied for a home that was available 1/9. After communicating with the property more, they informed they will not have availability until 2/12. I was starting a new job 1/31 and needed to be placed in a home by then. I explained that THEIR website was wrong, on several spots, and they agreed to give me a refund via check. I NEVER got a refund, and now, I got an email saying I’m in collections for $210! Absolutely insane, considering I PAID, didn’t get refunded, and somehow they’re still collecting from me???
I toured with Myrna twice. She was amazing! The units are beautiful. I would definitely recommend this as a place to call home.
I had the pleasure of working with Samantha. She was super kind, friendly and informative. She took the time to walk with me through multiple apartments for me to find the best fit. Samantha was prompt in responding to concerns I had. 5-stars for costumer service!
