My husband and I decided to ride through Leo in Greer, SC. We were not looking to move just curious , while driving we were so impressed how clean the property was andcould tell they must have a great manangement and Maintenance team. Decided to take a tour. Tonijha the manager took us around. We were totally impressed their facilities from the pool, weight room and the outdoor amenities were fantastic. From the first phone call with Yaferlin, it's been nothing short of amazing! She was very patient with me as I had 1million questions, to finding a time that worked for everyone to tour as me, my mom and Sister are all leasing separate homes. We were really excited to move into our townhome after touring it. We love having more space and the community is beautiful and feels safe. However, I am assuming because it is fairly new, they are still working out some kinks. When we first moved in, we did not have hot water. We submitted four tickets being told each time we submitted a request that it had been “complete” just to not have hot water or have it be lukewarm. I love my apartment. I love the neighborhood. But moving here if you get a 2bed room please get the top apartment or the townhome style with upstairs. Our upstairs neighbors do not care about our complaints. They will stomp so loud. And when I mentioned it to them and the front office it’s like it gets worse!
Grew up in PA. Moved to Easley for 3 years. Returned to PA for a year. Too expensive! Also, my 2 cats desperately miss the freedom of being able to go outside (had big fenced in yard in Easley) at their leisure.They do not like this PA apartment complex layout in the least.I was fortunate to find Leo at Jamestown and my leasing go to person, Yaferlin, is the BEST!
