My experience at Leonard in Columbus, GA was great. I was looking for a tool box for my new truck. They didn’t have the one I wanted in stock so they looked it up and quoted me a cheaper price than other online retailers. They ordered it and had it in store by next day. Stopped by and they put it on within just a few minutes and it looks and functions great.
They were very helpful on assisting me with putting together a great package that was within my financial reasons, They didn't keep my trick for days and the results were awesome, my truck rides and drive soooo smooth
I had an immediate needs for an installation that was critical for me to accept a remote work opportunity. Leonard was not only able to get me in that same day, but also provided a quality installation and excellent customer service! Highly recommend!

My experience at this shop was terrible. I took my brand new 2024 Ram for some new tires and wheels and when I went to pick it up the manager was waiting to tell me they hit my truck with a fork lift they tried to cover the damages by painting them black before I got there. Needless to say they had to repair it but they didn’t want to pay for a rental of equal value and they got me a toyota corrolla.
