I highly recommend Leonard's! Its hard finding HONEST mechanics, salesmen, etc. And I had been shopping around online and other local accessory stores to make modifications to my truck. Ever since my car accident, my injuries flare up sporadically so I desperately need the step rail. The price he quoted me, was competitive to the items I already had in my Amazon cart. And the installation cost was reasonable. With great customer service like this.... you'll definitely want to become a loyal patron‼️
Bought two new work vans the dealership did not complete the outfit for the roof rack. Reached out to Leonard to install the ladder racks. The staffs was super friendly. Dropped my vans off, ladder racks was installed. The process was smooth, highly recommend Leonard you will not be disappointed.
I had a great experience at Leonard. I went in and described what I wanted. Not only did they know what I described, they had it in stock. Because of the current sale, I received a discount on my bed cover and double the warranty. As I was worried that I would not have time to have it installed, the manager told me that they could do it now and have it done in 45 minutes. I recently brought my truck in for a spray‑in bed liner and, unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. After returning home and washing the truck, I discovered overspray on multiple areas: side windows, back glass, roof, and down both sides of the vehicle. I attempted to contact the shop two hours before closing, but no one answered. I called again on Saturday and was told I would need to speak with the manager on Monday.
