Love this location. Everything is new and so clean, especially the locker room and shower areas. The staff here really does a great job in maintaining high cleanliness standards, unlike many/most gyms I've been to. They are super friendly and welcoming too, especially Kristen at the front desk. Keep up the great work, guys!!
This YMCA is amazingly the best! I have been taking (SS) classes with Jacky for 8 months and I can't recommend Him highly enough!! From the first day his energy, knowledge and enthusiasm have made every workout a rewarding experience. What I appreciate most is how he creates a positive motivating environment providing clear modifications to suit our individual fitness levels. This is an amazing facility. So clean and the staff is very welcoming. Personally love the FX classes offered. Brichard is an amazing trainer who brings his knowledge of fitness and fun to each class he teaches. Highly recommend this Y in the Packing District and Brichard’s classes!!!
Liana is an amazing swim instructor. My 3 children took lessons with her and showed drastic improvement within just 4 weeks. Not only did their skills improve, but my youngest—who was previously afraid to put his face in the water—is now swimming on his own. This was not their first time taking swim lessons, but Liana made a huge difference. She is a fantastic teacher with the patience and ability to truly connect with young children. Highly recommend her.
This is the best Y in the Central Florida Area! It is fairly new and is absolutely beautiful. I mostly use the pool - which is always at the perfect water temperature and not too crowded. The lifeguards are always smiling and happy to see me! The fitness area is clean and fully functional. Locker room area is so so clean! It isn’t the closest Y to my house but I make the drive because it is worth it. If you live in this area - consider yourself lucky and join this Y!
