we were super stressed trying to find the right part during the holidays between Christmas and New Year. The folks at Leonard were not only working but Super helpful and got us exactly what we. needed! Such a life-saver. will DEFINITELY be using these guys again, and can highly recommend them for professional and timely service.
The worst customer service! weeks late to be delivered. And they were hours late arriving from their confirmed time. And they never bothered to call with updates. The truck driver was really nice and I could tell frustrated with their ditsy scheduler/dispatcher and sales office. The entire process was a huge mistake.
customer service is great! i bought a truck in SC it had a bed cover on it but it was leaking so i took to them get it checked out and they checked the bed out well not just looking for a quick spot to diag and move on, one of the best parts of the experience was the mechanic was very customer service oriented and pleasant guy to be around. ( you can tell manners and respect are high priority for him).
Quick easy finance and nice built trailers. Why by used when you can buy new for just a bit more and not inherit someone else's problems. I came here needing a trailer in a bad way in 30 minutes of walking in the door I was approved for the 12' I was looking at. It does not stop there my never used trailer wiring on the truck did not work so they jumped in to help me get it working, all three helped. Can't thank them enough but, I can let you know and go back again later.
I reserved a Leonard trailer online and within 2 hours also received a confirmation call that the trailer was immediately available for pickup. That's convenient proactive outreach. Then later that evening I arrived to pick up and it was brought to my attention a sizing issue with my hitch setup. Thanks Jerome for the thorough safety check- you did me a solid.
