Had a work truck reshelved, looks amazing. Jose was great, very easy to work with, made sure it was exactly how we expected. Also it was a great environment in the office not too many companies I come across make you feel as comfortable as they did.
I bought a cover for the back of my truck and also had it installed there by Jose! First, he went over and beyond by coming in on his day off because I had mentioned I was going out of town. He was professional, customer care service superb, also very confident and knowledgeable about what he was doing. My cover looks beautiful!!! I highly recommend this place and ask for Jose! Quick easy finance and nice built trailers. Why by used when you can buy new for just a bit more and not inherit someone else's problems. I came here needing a trailer in a bad way in 30 minutes of walking in the door I was approved for the 12' I was looking at. It does not stop there my never used trailer wiring on the truck did not work so they jumped in to help me get it working, all three helped. Can't thank them enough but, I can let you know and go back again later.
I found them using AI for a trailer dealer near me and it pointed me to them. It noted them for their exceptional customer service and it did not disappoint! I ran into some mechanical issues and the term above and beyond, doesn't even do them justice! Best customer service. Period!
I reserved a Leonard trailer online and within 2 hours also received a confirmation call that the trailer was immediately available for pickup. That's convenient proactive outreach.
