I was little disappointed since the dealership recommended me to them after purchasing my brand new vehicle. The team installed the receiver in a timely matter and the work seems to be in good quality. However, they forgot to connect the vehicle sensor plug. I had to come back to get it back connected after driving off the lot. I also noticed that they forgot to install fasteners or screws at the bottom. (See picture). My overall experience at this location was poor. Some of the stuff is friendly and try to be helpful, but the results of the camper shell I purchased were terrible. For the price you pay, it had jagged edges around the entire camper shell, making it look uneven, and just overall a bad look. On top of the fact that it constantly leaks water, as well as the back glass door did not lock or shut correctly. Took my utility trailer in to have the decking replaced due to damaged boards. The staff was very helpful and professional and I am very pleased with the job Mr. Garcia did to make the trailer new again.
Amir's handling of the initial phone call was exemplary with a sincere interest toward my inquiry. Daniel took the hand off upon my second phone call to make my order. Daniel's professionalism and one and done follow through made the entire process so easy. Thank you to the installers for doing such a good job installing my hitch. I can take my bike anywhere now and enjoy it and the outdoors. I absolutely recommend this facility because of the people mentioned above.
Had a couple of small issues with my bed cover that I bought and stopped in with no appointment. Amir was so helpful and fixed both issues on the spot and quickly. By the way it was about 35 degrees outside. It’s hard to find that level of service anywhere anymore. Great job to Leonard, great job to Amir.
