Communication was TERRIBLE! An initial mistake was made, where "a special type of bracket" wasn't ordered for the installation, but it wasn't discovered until I had already dropped off my truck for a Wednesday installation. No problem. People make mistakes, and I wasn't upset about it. When I was called about it I was told they were trying to locate some in another shop, but that they might have to order them as well. Terrible craftsmanship……Good looking trailers with the worst welds known to mankind, I’ve owned a trailer from them for 3 months and the mesh welds have all popped off, 2 tie down welds broke from tightening a ratchet strap and today I had my welded on license plate bracket fall off while driving down the road at 60mph. They have a warranty but the only thing it covers is the mesh on the trailer walls and electrical. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. The bug shield and window shades were installed properly and promptly on my jeep. Hitch works and looks good. Thumbs up!

Larry and Denea were great. They took the time to help me with everything and the price quote I was given was 1/2 the cost of another quote I received earlier from another company for the same items. If you want fair, honest and knowledgeable people visit Leonard Truck Outfitters.

Stoped by to get a price on a building. I was surprised at the price, it was cheaper than I was expecting but the workmanship on the Metal building was a bit disappointing. Customer service was wonderful, quick and knowledgeable! They were able to answer all my questions and print out a quote all in a few minutes! I purchased a truck cover for my F350 about 6 years ago. That also was a great experience from the order to the installation. They also sell trailers and all links of truck accessories.
