Amazing service. Didnt know my bed had too much damage to line. Got it fixed and took it back in. Got my bed liner in and it’s beautiful. Could not be happier. 10/10 highly recommend
The manager of Leonard in Princeton, W. Va. and the person I went thru to order and purchase my repair material was wonderful. Very responsive, very knowledgeable, very informative, concerned for my need and very pleasant to talk to and work with.
Overall experience is terrible. I went there to shop "locally" but could have gotten a better experience just ordering off of amazon. The day my bed liner came in for my tundra they got me an appointment to be there to put it in, which I was there 30 minutes early just to make sure they had plenty of time. They had another person in front of me so I was patient me being early, no big deal. Time passed well over a hour past my appointment and 15 minutes before they close they finally remembered I was still waiting.. then the... read more
Don't waiste your time or hard earned money on anything they sale like I made the mistake of doing. Bought a brand new griffin dump trailer from them just to find out the tool box doesn't lock properly and the battery or hydraulic pump can be stolen at any time, has major wiring issue, and the break lights weren't even plugged up to the wiring harness from the get go. Asked to swap out trailers as soon as they plugged their tool up and found out it was a wiring problem with the trailer and they refused. Said they'd rewire th... read more
