The manager of Leonard in Princeton, W. Va. and the person I went thru to order and purchase my repair material was wonderful. Very responsive, very knowledgeable, very informative, concerned for my need and very pleasant to talk to and work with.
Overall experience is terrible. I went there to shop "locally" but could have gotten a better experience just ordering off of amazon. The day my bed liner came in for my tundra they got me an appointment to be there to put it in, which I was there 30 minutes early just to make sure they had plenty of time. They had another person in front of me so I was patient me being early, no big deal. Time passed well over a hour past my appointment and 15 minutes before they close they finally remembered I was still waiting.. then the... read more
They apparently believe that a faulty dump trailer that doesn’t lock (none of their trailers do) or ground properly to be connected to a truck, are fine to sell and when the lock couldn’t be repaired or the connection, they offered to swap trailers, with the new trailer being manufactured EXACTLY THE SAME. That doesn’t lock or connect properly. Anyone can steal the battery out at any given time to not just one trailer but ALL of them.
