I enjoyed my experience at Leonard Truck Outfitters and I’m pleased with the tow receiver put on our car even though it took quite a bit longer than I was told it would. I assume the extra time had to do with the good quality of the work.
Would DEFINITELY recommend you go somewhere else if you’re having a Tow Package installed on your vehicle. Had one installed on my 2021 Toyota Highlander and they did something with the wiring to connect with the battery. Job was done like I had some crackhead do it with zip ties holding the wires on to the bottom outside of the vehicle. Also my brake like stays on even when I’m sitting in park or just driving down the road. WOULD NOT BRING MY CAR HERE IF I WAS YOU!!! Order a 20 ft equipment trailer. Said it would be ready in two weeks when I called and they got it done in one week . This was great because I had sold my trailer the Saturday before
5 stars just isn’t enough to describe the service that Tyler and team gave me! I had everything laid out in my head exactly how I wanted it and where I wanted every light and switch and they exceeded all of my expectations! I couldn’t have been happier and their customer service went above and beyond! They went out of their way to get everything perfect for me. Purchased a metal building recently, very easy process. Had a little confusion on delivery, but it was faster than expected and delivered and set up just as we asked. Care was given to our property the driver was considerate with our new grass as well. Of all of the places I called for pricing on the size we purchased they definitely beat many places. Would recommend.
