First experience with Leonard and they did a great job. Very fair price on parts and installation for running boards and tonneau cover and installation looks good. Good communication throughout the process.
Will never deal with Leonard Truck OUTFITTERS ever in Winston Salem. I bout a ARE TONNEAU cover and was having them put in a keyless remote. On my new 2025 GMC SIERRA DENALI a 75 thousand dollar truck. They tried to put it in for 3 hours couldn’t do it. I had them stop trying. I just wanted my Tonneau cover put on. After they put it on. I had it for a while it came lose.. I took it back they had someone that wasn’t very good fixing it. Well my new truck ended up scratched. My fender had to be painted. Just ordered a 2 inch hitch receiver to carry my bicycles. I purchased 1 for my Santa Fe in 2016. Leonard Truck Accessories staff very professional! Can’t wait to get the new hitch installed! Just had the 2 inch hitch installed yesterday! The Leonard Truck Outfitters are a great company - professional, courteous, knowledgeable and service oriented. Horrible I am a General Contractor work all over the State of NC called this place on the phone told them I was on the way to pick up my vehicle when I arrive there’s a note on the door at 2:24 pm saying they will be back in 5 minutes 40 minutes later still waiting outside to get my vehicle just missed a very important State meeting very unprofessional place !!
