Horrible I am a General Contractor work all over the State of NC called this place on the phone told them I was on the way to pick up my vehicle when I arrive there’s a note on the door at 2:24 pm saying they will be back in 5 minutes 40 minutes later still waiting outside to get my vehicle just missed a very important State meeting very unprofessional place !! Always been a good experience over the years dealing with Leonard, friendly staff and great products!! I’m having a hitch installed on my Chevrolet Equinox so I can pull my Leonard inclosed Motorcycle trailer that I keep in my Leonard building! Also have a Lenonard dog house! I will give you a update on how the installation goes in a week when Leonard gets it installed! Been using Leonard for years and have always been completely satisfied!
