Horrible I am a General Contractor work all over the State of NC called this place on the phone told them I was on the way to pick up my vehicle when I arrive there’s a note on the door at 2:24 pm saying they will be back in 5 minutes 40 minutes later still waiting outside to get my vehicle just missed a very important State meeting very unprofessional place !! Just ordered a 2 inch hitch receiver to carry my bicycles. I purchased 1 for my Santa Fe in 2016. Leonard Truck Accessories staff very professional! Can’t wait to get the new hitch installed! Always been a good experience over the years dealing with Leonard, friendly staff and great products!! I’m having a hitch installed on my Chevrolet Equinox so I can pull my Leonard inclosed Motorcycle trailer that I keep in my Leonard building! Also have a Lenonard dog house! I will give you a update on how the installation goes in a week when Leonard gets it installed! Been using Leonard for years and have always been completely satisfied! Just great service and personal staff and management! It’s a win win situation!

I had ANOTHER Leonard Truck Outfitters location install a hitch and wiring harness on my Tacoma about 1 year ago. The trailer lights stopped working when connected to the Tacoma. ( but still worked when hooked up to my Jeep.) I tried getting help from the Leonard location that had done the install. Their answer was "check your fuses", which I had done and then they quickly hung up on me. I was put on hold several times , sometimes for over 20 minutes.
