The two gentlemen at the Winston store were most helpful, from deciding what I needed to picking out colors to ordering. Delivery guy was great. He was delayed a day but call and came early the following day. Did a great install, tweaking placement, etc.
Just ordered a 2 inch hitch receiver to carry my bicycles. I purchased 1 for my Santa Fe in 2016. Leonard Truck Accessories staff very professional! Can’t wait to get the new hitch installed! Horrible I am a General Contractor work all over the State of NC called this place on the phone told them I was on the way to pick up my vehicle when I arrive there’s a note on the door at 2:24 pm saying they will be back in 5 minutes 40 minutes later still waiting outside to get my vehicle just missed a very important State meeting very unprofessional place !! I took a trailer to them to fix lights that weren't working. After I paid the bill and took it home - not working. Also noticed that there was some very sloppy work with the plug only loosely screwed to the bumper cover and the bolts holding the junction box to the trailer barely finger tightened. I took it back the next day and waited while they found the problem and completed the repair again. This time the lights worked when I got home.
