Be very cautious about bringing your vehicle to Leonard’s. I brought my brand new $80,000 truck in for a drop-in bedliner installation just two days after purchasing it. During the installation, their staff scratched the paint below the rear window down to bare metal. Will never deal with Leonard Truck OUTFITTERS ever in Winston Salem. I bout a ARE TONNEAU cover and was having them put in a keyless remote. On my new 2025 GMC SIERRA DENALI a 75 thousand dollar truck. They tried to put it in for 3 hours couldn’t do it. I had them stop trying. I just wanted my Tonneau cover put on. After they put it on. Horrible I am a General Contractor work all over the State of NC called this place on the phone told them I was on the way to pick up my vehicle when I arrive there’s a note on the door at 2:24 pm saying they will be back in 5 minutes 40 minutes later still waiting outside to get my vehicle just missed a very important State meeting very unprofessional place !! Great customer service! I purchased a tonneau cover. I'm waiting for it to come in and be installed. Carson was very nice and helpful. Thanks!!! I'll check back after I get it installed. Still haven't gotten it installed. It was the wrong size, so I can't say much more about that yet. They were very apologetic about it & are going to make it right. Thanks guys!!!
