Very nice experience. I was given choices and saw the different covers that were sold. I picked one and was told it was in stock in the warehouse. Made a date for installation. Installation was quick. I only saw about a half hour of the movie in the waiting room. So, easy purchase, short wait, pleasant nice people, reasonable price, go get your truck accessories there!
The staff was superb!! The camper shell was perfectly installed in no time it matched my truck perfectly to factory paint! It was promised in 3-5 weeks and it was ready in 5 weeks. The technician even showed me how to work every thing
Easy to access area. Contact was a bit waiting, but at the time only one employee was there. Employee was knowledgeable and able to show various equipment I was looking for. This made it easy to decide on what I wanted. Once the part was ordered, I was advised that it wouldn't take long to get in and the installation time would be quick. I was advised that I'll be called when it's in and we can set up a date to install at my convenience. I had a good experience with encounter and pricing.
