Easy to access area. Contact was a bit waiting, but at the time only one employee was there. Employee was knowledgeable and able to show various equipment I was looking for. This made it easy to decide on what I wanted. Once the part was ordered, I was advised that it wouldn't take long to get in and the installation time would be quick. I was advised that I'll be called when it's in and we can set up a date to install at my convenience. I had a good experience with encounter and pricing.
Had a great experience getting some quotes on some bedcap options, and picked up a bike rack while I was there. Malinda was knowledgeable, patient, and pleasant. I will definitely order the bedcap from them when I make up my mind.
I had a great experience with them installing the tonneau on my new Tundra. They were flexible, communicative, and professional. I will definitely consider them in the future.
The staff is so helpful and nice. Love coming there. The products I've purchased are great and work very well. I've got a foldable hard cover for my pick up and a hitch box for my trailer. When I need anything else I will go back to Leonard.
I purchased a 13x20 foot building from this location. My experience was great very great customer service. Although I've only used it seldom it made a great addition to my home. My intentions was to store my old school classic truck in it but I sold it. I love my building
