Dennis Kleptach was our Customer Service Sales guy and he was absolutely fantastic! While working up all our paperwork the phone was ringing off the hook and he was a Customer Service machine! They were asking him questions and he was giving them all the answers without hesitation. I was fully impressed with his Customer Service skills. Leonard Truck Outfitters has a true gem with Dennis! Very busy shop & I did have to wait a short time. That said I got my questions answered & was able to buy the part I needed, last one in stock. I later made an appointment to have it installed in a timely manner. Nice guys there.
Friendly and efficient service. They explained the product and how it could be installed. After looking at my truck they told me that I would not need a certain accessory for the product which saved me some money. This was my 3rd product I purchased from them and I would recommend them to anyone.
Placed an order for a replacement key for my pick up truck bed cover! The gentleman was very helpful and professional should have key in a few days. Definitely would use them again
I walked in and was greeted by Nathan even though he was helping someone else. Nathan answered all my questions demonstrating his knowledge of the Leer cap I was looking at. Additionally, he helped to determine which features made sense for my needs. A great experience!
