Dennis Kleptach was our Customer Service Sales guy and he was absolutely fantastic! While working up all our paperwork the phone was ringing off the hook and he was a Customer Service machine! Friendly and efficient service. They explained the product and how it could be installed. After looking at my truck they told me that I would not need a certain accessory for the product which saved me some money. This was my 3rd product I purchased from them and I would recommend them to anyone.
Purchased a 12’ utility trailer and a 16’ cargo trailer on separate occasions. Top notch service and quick purchasing process. Joe and Dennis really do a great job! The financing process was very easy. When purchasing the utility trailer I thought I had zero chance of getting financed and especially the zero interest financing. I walked in and was greeted by Nathan even though he was helping someone else. Nathan answered all my questions demonstrating his knowledge of the Leer cap I was looking at. Additionally, he helped to determine which features made sense for my needs. A great experience!
