The tech’s install went well. The composite bulkhead reduces sound dramatically. It still allows some adjustability in the seats without taking too much real estate. I added some sound attenuation mat and some insulation as well. Bulkhead offers a comfortable, quiet ride and the separation now allows the smaller conditioned space (cab) to cool or heat up much quicker.
Dennis Kleptach was our Customer Service Sales guy and he was absolutely fantastic! While working up all our paperwork the phone was ringing off the hook and he was a Customer Service machine! They were asking him questions and he was giving them all the answers without hesitation. I was fully impressed with his Customer Service skills. Leonard Truck Outfitters has a true gem with Dennis! Called then stopped at the store in Winchester VA. Our cargo hitch had snapped while traveling on I81. The gentleman there helped us right away - sold us a cargo basket and since the person who puts them together wasn't there he sold us the display and installed it on the back of our van. He also took the broken one to dispose of it for us. So appreciate the great customer service!!
Friendly and efficient service. They explained the product and how it could be installed. After looking at my truck they told me that I would not need a certain accessory for the product which saved me some money. This was my 3rd product I purchased from them and I would recommend them to anyone.
