We recently purchased a dump trailer from Leonard Outfitters, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Excellent service and experience! Ordered a great product and got custom features. Jeff and David were pleasant, attentive, and answered all of our questions. Great people and that makes all the difference. I will buy from them in the future. Their trailers are excellent and I wanted one but purchased the item we came in for. My spray in liner looks amazing! I am very appreciative of how I was delt with and how everything was explained with out being talked down to. I called around to several places and the customer service I experienced on the phone and in person were top notch here. I cannot say enough great things about this whole process, I have found my truck accessories home!
I had a great experience dealing with the staff at Leonards. They provided great customer service and assisted me with all of my needs. I highly recommend everyone shop with them when needing a trailor or whatever else they offer
The young woman at the counter was particularly helpful and was very thorough in her efforts to ensure that I had a full explanation and documentation of the charges. She also took the time to check into replacement locks for the tilt out side window on my Leer cap. She went into the back and helped the serviceman install my new back window. The service was excellent.
