Excellent customer service, Michael and the crew there are knowledgeable and make sure everything is to your satisfaction. I've purchased a Decked bed slide out, Leer camper shell, and a Ranchhand Bumper from them and all 3 were installed on the days (2 separate orders) that the appointment was scheduled for. Highly recommend them and will return again if they are selling something I want.
I went through the Leonard website for a trailer because I didn't see one on the lot and wasn't able to make it during business hours. As soon as I inquired about a trailer a local Leonard rep. Contacted me via email and we got the ball rolling. It was very quick response time and he had my trailer ordered. After a few short weeks he contacted me and said the trailer was ready for pickup. The professionals at the Florence South Carolina location were able to get my truck a spray in bedliner scheduled and completed within two days. The truck looks great and my bed is protected.
Sales guy and the two installation workers were awsome. I was in the area earlier then my appointment time. They were able to squeeze me in early and sell me a bed cover.the installation team were very nice, they took their time to explain what work they did, possible problems it may have and solutions. Happy with everything!!!
