A four month battle for a pickup truck exhaust tip???? Ordered a Rhino exhaust tip for my 22 F150. Told them that the exhaust was 3.120 inches. They ordered a 3 inch tip. Didn't call when it came in. I called and they said it was ready. Soon as the mechanic looked at the truck he knew it wouldn't fit. Brad said he could get it expanded. My experience here was way beyond what I expected. Brad's customer service was outstanding and he was very knowledgeable on the products he was selling. I went in here to purchase a trailer and found so much more. Im very appreciative of the patience he had with my husband and I as we had our 4 children with us. He didn't mind that at all . The staff at this location was wonderful. Had multiple asking if they could help us, but not in the overbearing sort of way. They answered questions we had. Will definitely be back.
