I had a Tri-fold truck bed cover that was several years old. The seams in the back started ripping out and I figured it was just normal wear and tear but I went by Leonard’s just to check. I really didn’t expect anything but Eric took pictures and told me he would check and get back with me if anything could be done. The staff is knowledgeable and listen to my needs. No pressure to purchase unnecessary or needless items. Overall, always a pleasurable experience. I would recommend anything they sold. I have purchased 2 sheds. Very pleased with the fist one. Purchased my fist trailer thru them. So far very pleased with the construction. Most likely to buy again if I should need to upgrade.
Ordered a tow hitch for my wife’s Genesis to tow jet ski one month prior to going on vacation. Summerville office said that hitch would be in in one week. After numerous phone call to Leonard’s it showed up a month later. Every time they were called they were going to check on status and call me back, never received a phone call. Got it installed 6/27/25 and wrong wiring harness for the Genesis and they would have to order a new one to install. No phone calls from to say it’s in. I want to start by saying I know things happen however I drop my brand new 5/25 ford f 250 super duty off to have a gooseneck attachment and a spray in bed liner done I was quoted 1 days worth of work, so I take it in they had the truck 2 days doesn’t really matter why wasn’t my problem it was there’s no big deal call the trucks ready get there to pick it up shavings were all over ther window jams and everywhere in the bed again not the end of the world so I get to digging cut off piece of bed liner cured to the floor no plu... read more
