I would give this place zero stars if I could. They are the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. I looked at their website for a specific model of trailer. I went ahead and went through the financing and they called me the next day to tell me everything was good to go. I showed up expecting what I inquired about, not only did I not get that, the trailer they had did not even look new. Steve the owner is the most knowledgeable person I have spoken to on trailers! I shopped around for a dump trailer, and a gooseneck trailer most people selling them don't know the answer to my questions and he knew them all! The place down the street palmetto trailer world is a nice shop but they don't have the same knowledge as the guys at Leonard. I even came back and got my truck lifted which turned out AWSOME!!
Ordered a trailer hitch for a work vehicle and scheduled an appointment to have the hitch and the bedliner installed at the same time to avoid taking work truck out of service. Truck was brought in only to find out the trailer hitch was not ordered and they should not have made the appointment per their salesman. I had a Tri-fold truck bed cover that was several years old. The seams in the back started ripping out and I figured it was just normal wear and tear but I went by Leonard’s just to check. I really didn’t expect anything but Eric took pictures and told me he would check and get back with me if anything could be done. I was surprised when he called back but more surprised when he told me a new one was on the way and he would call me when it came in. Don't waste your time with this place I paid 3kfor a camper shell the latches don't lock I can open the rear door while both latches closed and locked scratched up fittings exposed metal and then a nightmare trying to even get it apparently someone forgot to order the shell itself 4 weeks after I came in and placed my order they then replaced the back window once already and it still shifts every time you open up the back window and I can still open it while locked
