Ordered a trailer hitch for a work vehicle and scheduled an appointment to have the hitch and the bedliner installed at the same time to avoid taking work truck out of service. Truck was brought in only to find out the trailer hitch was not ordered and they should not have made the appointment per their salesman. Ordered a tow hitch for my wife’s Genesis to tow jet ski one month prior to going on vacation. Summerville office said that hitch would be in in one week. After numerous phone call to Leonard’s it showed up a month later. Every time they were called they were going to check on status and call me back, never received a phone call. Got it installed 6/27/25 and wrong wiring harness for the Genesis and they would have to order a new one to install. No phone calls from to say it’s in. I had a Tri-fold truck bed cover that was several years old. The seams in the back started ripping out and I figured it was just normal wear and tear but I went by Leonard’s just to check. I really didn’t expect anything but Eric took pictures and told me he would check and get back with me if anything could be done. The staff is knowledgeable and listen to my needs. No pressure to purchase unnecessary or needless items. Overall, always a pleasurable experience. I would recommend anything they sold. I have purchased 2 sheds. Very pleased with the fist one. Purchased my fist trailer thru them. So far very pleased with the construction. Most likely to buy again if I should need to upgrade.
