Absolutely professional quality was outstanding. I would recommend and have recommended to several people so far. I had a great experience. You did a very professional job. I have absolutely no complaints.
Chris went above and beyond. He had my chicken coop transferred picked up and he delivered it to us the next day himself. Great customer service and we will probably be back to get a greenhouse.
I am very happy with the service provided. The staff worked well with me despite a few hiccups with the delivery of the equipment and my truck equipment. The manager called me and stated that it had taken more hours for labor than expected and that he would charge for 2 additional hours despite it taking about 5 hrs. I appreciated the call and the honesty upfront about the difficulty in the placement of the equipment. Very honest and thank you.
Apparently during my repair there was a staffing change. The only quote I received was for the price of the parts. 3-4 weeks later I called as I had not heard anything as to status. At this time they informed me they had attempted to call me several times and could not reach me. No log of them calling on my cell phone or voicemail to speak of.
