We dealt with Leonard's in Yorktown having a hitch installed on our van. Not only were they very fast and efficient but also very courteous and professional. We spoke to at least three different employees while we were there and never experienced anything other than professionalism and eagerness to make us happy. i was in the market for a shed and leonards sure did deliver! the staff were curious and willing to answer any questions i had. they showed me so many different model and options. I was amazed at what a bargain i got on my shed. delivered it to me faster than i had anticipated. I saw that they had all sorts of accessories for trucks and they do spray in bedliners and also have trailers. overall i am quiet impressed with leonards.
I will never do business with Leonard Building & Truck Accessories in Yorktown,Va., again. I recently purchased a trailer hitch and wiring harness for a late-model pickup from this company. Not only did I pay considerably more by pursuing the local option, but when the wiring harness that I purchased proved defective, I got the cold shoulder from the salesman.
