I would have gave them 5 stars the place I ordered my shed from is supper friendly help me out as much as he can but my shed was getting delivered from Winston Salem NC and the I had a phone call from Sharon trying to deliver my shed less than 24 hours heads up told her I can't cuz I got to give my job a notice she said she'll call me back on Friday I did not get no call back on Friday I tried to call the place on Monday three times left a message no answer Wednesday I called she answered and said the shed is getting deliver... read more
I really don’t leave a lot of reviews but if it’s something I stand by I will leave a review. I was looking for a trailer hitch preferably a Gen-y for my truck and I looked online and the website just said out of stock. I said to myself let me go in and check myself. They had exactly what I needed. Most definitely a nice place to go into. I had to keep a firm grip on my wallet because I was going to buy more parts and accessories for my truck. I visited Leonard Truck Outfitters in Portsmouth Virginia on yesterday and it was a wonderful experience! I didn't have to wait for someone to help me because the young man came right over to me and asked what he could help me with and he was very knowledgeable of what I was talking about that i needed. He showed me what his store had to offer and i ended up getting what he showed me because it was perfect !!!! I will definitely return to this store if I need anything for my truck!!!
