The manager of the Portsmouth, VA location was super helpful and friendly. Explained everything and was patient with all my questions. The team they hired to deliver my shed was outstanding (fast, curteous, efficient) very detailed oriented making sure everything was perfect. The location was where the shed was going was tricky and tight, they were still able to get it in without and damage to my yard. Couldn't be happier I chose to go through Leonard.
We've looked at alot of Greenhouses and Leonard's far surpassed the others in quality construction and the ease of convenience. We are also very pleased with the delivery and set up of our new Greenhouse. It has been a pleasure from start to finish dealing with Leonard's staff and employees. Thanks!
I came in for a tonneau cover. Salesman was very knowledgeable about each of the products I asked about. I ordered the cover. They said it would be in, in about a week or two it came in on time. They put it on in about an hour and fifteen minutes..I'm really pleased with the work they performed. Highly recommend
Always friendly and if they don’t have the item in stock they get it really quick. Went there to get an accessory for my trailer and they ensured it was what I needed and the price worked for me as well. Always great to visit the store
Portsmouth location: Ritch, and Matt are exceptional, highly recommended, they have been courteous, prompt and efficient from the sale to the installation of my cap and numerous accessories. Any questions or concerns were addressed with smiles. I will certainly be returning.
