I had very pleasant experience. Was able to walk around and look at the trailers and see what they had before a salesman come out. Wish I like very much. Once the salesman come up to me I had pretty much knew what I wanted. He answer couple questions very knowledgeable about the product. Got a great deal on a 6.4 x 12 unity trailer. Very smooth process. In and out less then 45 minutes.

I ordered a camper cover for my truck on July 29 2025. 9 weeks later after telling me several different stories (twice they told me “it’s on a truck and will be here tomorrow”), they told me it “couldn’t be made” and I wouldn’t get a cover. I asked for my deposit ($1900) back and their employee, Billy, told me he “couldn’t help me with that, the check would have to come from corporate” and he had no idea when I would get it. If you need your truck bed sprayed, then this is the place to go. They did a great job explaining the process and the bed looks fantastic. My neighbor recommended using them and now I highly recommend Leonard Truck Outfitters to anyone interested. Great job!

Billy was very attentive and helpful. Shared available inventory with some pics. Also checked out the building I was interested in.
