Billy, the manager at this store, is awesome. His customer service is a rare breed these days. I was purchasing a trailer when all of a sudden the power went out while we were in the middle of everything. This guy leaves the store with me and he drives to another store, calls a couple coworkers and still gets my sale done. On top of that he drove back to his store to meet me and then helped hook my trailer up. If his boss sees this, you need to do whatever you can to keep this guy lol
I had very pleasant experience. Was able to walk around and look at the trailers and see what they had before a salesman come out. Wish I like very much. Once the salesman come up to me I had pretty much knew what I wanted. He answer couple questions very knowledgeable about the product. Got a great deal on a 6.4 x 12 unity trailer. Very smooth process. In and out less then 45 minutes.
If you need your truck bed sprayed, then this is the place to go. They did a great job explaining the process and the bed looks fantastic. My neighbor recommended using them and now I highly recommend Leonard Truck Outfitters to anyone interested. Great job!
I get 1 off day a week. Looking on amazon for months luckily I’m not worried about money. For $480 and my taste I got the best cover in my opinion, as soon as they found out they had one at a different location they sent one guy out to get it and as soon as he got back started installing it, my daughter has slept through the entire visit and installation, they are quick, reliable, dependable, what else can I say come spend your well earned money here!!!!!
I ordered a camper cover for my truck on July 29 2025. 9 weeks later after telling me several different stories (twice they told me “it’s on a truck and will be here tomorrow”), they told me it “couldn’t be made” and I wouldn’t get a cover. I asked for my deposit ($1900) back and their employee, Billy, told me he “couldn’t help me with that, the check would have to come from corporate” and he had no idea when I would get it.
